Good morning from Tuscan Cafe!
I was just finishing up reading my September issue of Coffee Talk when I learned something crazy new to me. The first thing I realized was its almost October and I'm just now finding time to read this issue, but I also came across what I've been living for each morning. It's called Chlorogenic Acid and it is the component that makes coffee distinct. The author describes it as the, "Hey! That's coffee" flavor. Anyways, that's my life lesson for the day...my Chlorogenic Acid break is over. Enjoy the day!
